DYERSBURG AND SOUTHWEST TENNESSEE GAME HIGHLIGHT WEEKEND SLATE OF GAMES

This Saturday's game which has Dyersburg traveling to Southwest Tennessee highlights this weekend's slate of conference games.  Dyersburg currently sits 4-0 in conference play which puts them a half game ahead of the 3-0 Motlow Bucks.  Southwest sits in third at 3-1 which makes this weekend's game interesting.  Both teams swept conference games this past weekend against Walters and Roane while Motlow remained perfect with a win over Volunteer.

Motlow will look to remain perfect as they make the trip to lower East Tennessee to combat both Cleveland on Friday and Chattanooga on Saturday.  Chattanooga will be looking to improve on their 2-2 record while Cleveland will be hoping to reach .500 with two wins this weekend.  Volunteer is the other participant in this quartet of games, and they hope to improve on their 1-2 conference record.

Jackson and Columbia will be traveling to Walters and Roane this weekend with each squad hoping to improve on their conference records.  Columbia sits at .500 while Walters sits at 1-2 and Jackson at 1-3.  Roane is looking for their first conference win this weekend.

George Standberry of Volunteer and DeMierre Black of Roane still lead the conference in scoring at 25.2 and 21.4 points.  Josh Endicott of Motlow and Jaden Stnaley-Williams of Columbia are tops in rebounding with 9.4 and 9.1 caroms a game.  AJ Morris leads the league in assists with 7.4 a game while Antwan Beans leads in steals with 3.6 per game.  Jamel Cleveland of Columbia leads in blocks with 25 on the season.
