BRANDO RESENDIZ OF WALTERS STATE NAMED NJCAA DIVISION II CROSS COUTNRY RUNNER OF WEEK

Brando Resendiz, s freshman from Walters State, was named the NJCAA Division II Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week of October 5-11.  

Resendiz set a new course record in the 3rd annual Walters State Half Marathon.  Resendiz ran the 13.1 mile course in a time of 1:16:57 which shattered the previous record by almost ten minutes which was set the previous year.
